Our team and mission at the European Space Agency (ESA) involve providing Product Assurance support for ESA projects and R&D activities in close cooperation with the Product Assurance & Safety Offices. We focus on Quality Assurance, product surveillance, and support to product qualification and certification, among other responsibilities.

The role: As an intern in the Knowledge Management Unit, you will play a crucial role in enhancing how ESA captures and shares valuable experiences from its space missions. Your main task will be to improve the usability and content of our SharePoint-based Lessons Learned portal by creating detailed, standardized factsheets for each mission. These factsheets will provide essential technical and operational data to support future initiatives.
