We're now seeking an experienced AI Implementation & Adoption Lead to play a crucial role, overseeing AI's integration across our operations.
Role Summary:
- Drive AI projects from concept to completion
- Design AI solutions, create efficient workflows, and ensure their adoption throughout the organization
- Work on both training and technical aspects, supporting staff in integrating AI into their work
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Possess skills including building AI agents, chatbots, automated workflows, working with data structures, APIs, webhooks, vector databases, AI fine-tuning/model customization and Google Workspace

Educate! prepares youth in Africa to learn, earn and thrive in today's economy by introducing an employment-focused school subject into secondary and delivering livelihood boot camps for out-of-school youth, with a focus on marginalized rural girls and young women. To date, more than 500,000 youth have been meaningfully impacted across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania. Educate! is a team of over 300 largely African staff and 300 volunteer youth mentors. The Role:
Educate! is seeking a hands-on AI Implementation & Adoption Lead to serve as a critical execution partner as we scale AI integration across our organization. You'll be the person who takes AI initiatives from concept to reality - building solutions, creating workflows, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. As we work toward integrating AI into every aspect of how we work and deliver impact - setting the benchmark for non-tech sectors, we need someone who can build the tools, workflows, and systems that make AI accessible and valuable for everyone from program staff to leadership. This isn't just a training role or just a technical role - you'll do both. You'll build functional AI solutions (agents, automations, integrations) for teams while simultaneously driving adoption through training, support, and enablement.
Job Requirements:
Must have proven experience building with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) and strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), including prompt engineering. Ability to build basic AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows from scratch. Nice to have familiarity with data structures (CSV, JSON, databases) and how to work with them, experience with APIs and webhooks, knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), experience with AI fine-tuning or model customization, and familiarity with Google Workspace, or similar productivity suites.
