As the Head of Sales, your prominent responsibilities will include driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing intricate deals with enterprise clients. You will play an essential role in building and scaling a multi-channel GTM strategy. For this role, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise environments, capable of closing high-value deals and managing a sales team. A strategic mindset, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for sustainability are crucial. The role: As the Head of Sales at Supercritical, you will lead a small, experienced team of Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include driving growth by generating new opportunities and closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution. You will be instrumental in building and scaling a multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging account-based marketing, outbound efforts, and events to accelerate revenue.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise environments, such as software, knowledge, or services sales. You should have a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing a sales team. Experience in multi-channel ABM and enterprise prospecting is essential. A strategic mindset, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for sustainability and climate issues are crucial.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary with an OTE of £175,000 - £220,000, depending on experience.
