The Role As the Special Projects Manager at ARIA, you will lead the creation and execution of innovative R&D and science-entrepreneurship projects. This role involves ideating and implementing initiatives that expand the reach and effectiveness of frontier R&D across various opportunity spaces. You will work closely with ARIA's executive team and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the success of the projects.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a scientific or technical background, with experience in fast-paced, cross-functional project execution. You should be adept at handling complex technical information and have a proven track record of building and scaling projects. Experience in R&D, technology development, or similar fields is highly desirable.

Benefits ARIA offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus. Benefits include a defined contribution pension scheme with a 5% employer contribution, 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and options for additional leave.
