Role Summary
- As an ESA Graduate Trainee, support our HR teams in various aspects of recruitment, chiefly focusing on recruitment for early-career opportunities like ESA Internship, Graduate Trainee programs, and more.
- Get involved in policy-related duties, operational tasks, and the recruitment process while being guided by the Head of Recruitment Support Services and the ESA Entry-Level Programmes Coordinator.
Role Requirements
- Should have recently completed or be in the final year of a master's degree in human resources, social sciences, or a related field.
- Prior interviewing experience and effective English communication are key.
- Prior exposure to international teams or other HR fields will be an advantage.

You will engage in a variety of policy-related, operational, and recruitment tasks, balancing guidance and autonomy under the supervision of the Head of Recruitment Support Services and the ESA Entry-Level Programmes Coordinator.
Job requirements You should have recently completed or be in the final year of your master’s degree in human resources, social sciences, or a related field. Knowledge or experience in interviewing, gained in a recruitment, research, or other contexts, is considered an asset. Excellent English proficiency and good interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in international teams and other HR disciplines will be advantageous.
