As an HR Support Assistant, you’ll become a crucial part of our HR Operations team, looking after key HR processes throughout an employee's journey with us. This includes recruitment administration, handling HR queries, and facilitating DBS checks.

Role Requirements

  • GCSE standard education or equivalent
  • A keen interest in HR
  • Experience in a team administrative role, preferably within HR
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays

The role: As a HR Support Assistant, you will join our HR Operations team and support the administration of key HR processes spanning the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to leavers. Responsibilities include recruitment administration, co-ordinating and responding to HR enquiries, and processing DBS checks.

Job requirements: You’ll be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with an interest in HR and experience of working as part of a team in an administrative role, ideally within an HR team environment. This role deals with a high volume of activity often against tight timescales. Consequently, the role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and a positive ‘can-do’ approach. Candidates must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays.
