Role Summary
- Plan and develop educational travel experiences for international school groups visiting China.
- Act as the go-to expert on China, producing engaging, safe, and educationally aligned itineraries.
- Be a part of a collaborative, internationally-minded team in a fast-growing educational travel department in China.
Role requirements
- Experience in tourism, operations, and/or education and fluency in Chinese and English.
- Proficient knowledge of China’s geography, culture, and travel industry.
- Strong organizational and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other standard business tools.

The Role: We are seeking a new team member to join as a Regional Specialist for China. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and developing our educational travel experiences for international school groups visiting China. You'll serve as the go-to expert on China, ensuring that every itinerary is engaging, safe, and aligned with our educational mission.

Job Requirements: - Experience in tourism, operations, and/or education - Fluency in Chinese and excellent spoken and written English skills - Strong knowledge of China’s geography, culture, and travel industry - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance a reactive workload with ongoing projects - Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem solving - Initiative and creativity in developing original solutions and content - Strong writing skills and a clear, approachable communication style - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other standard business tools.
