Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for waiting staff for our new members only club lounge bar - 'eighteen' which is on 103 Colmore Row.

Start date is October 10th! 

Pay from £12.00 an hour, most (nearly all!) weekends off.

What we are looking for:

• 
  
• Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
  
• Strong customer care ethic and ability to build relationships at all levels
  
• Must possess a positive can-do attitude and be a team-player that communicates well with colleagues
  
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  
• Has a sense of urgency ie able to work in a fast paced F&B environment.
  
• Ability to perform well under pressure and work on your own initiative
  
• Passion for service excellence
  
• Excellent personal presentation
  
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
  
• Value driven with an interest in Mission driven business, Purpose, and sustainability is desirable
  
• Positive approach to learning in role
