Role Summary:
- As a Senior Warehousing and Transportation Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading Oatly's warehousing and transportation teams.
- The role involves the creation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing customer service, reducing carbon footprint, and lowering operational costs.
- You will also be responsible for managing logistics from the manufacturing process to the delivery point, ensuring all relevant targets are met.
Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in the CPG industry are prerequisites for this position.
- Experience with managing a substantial budget, handling international transportation and trade compliance, and building and mentoring teams is also desired.
- Familiarity with various systems including ERP, TMS, WMS, EDI, and YMS, especially Microsoft D365, is a must.

The role: We are seeking a Senior Warehousing and Transportation Manager to join our North American team. This role involves leading our warehousing and transportation teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer service, reduce carbon emissions, and lower costs. You will manage logistics from manufacture to delivery, ensuring operational targets for on-time in-full delivery, sustainability, and cost are met.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive experience in transportation and warehousing within the CPG industry. You should have experience managing a significant budget, international transportation, customs, and trade compliance, and be skilled in building and mentoring teams. Familiarity with ERP, TMS, WMS, EDI, and YMS systems is essential, particularly Microsoft D365.
