In this role, you’ll join the EF Singapore team and be responsible for our local marketing efforts, specifically driving warm and qualified candidates into our Talent funnel through Events and Campaigns. You will be our local brand steward, delivering on campaigns and collateral that enable more of the region’s entrepreneurial talent to be aware of, and actively engaged with EF. Your work will be foundational for the most critical part of our business: Talent, and you will work closely with our local Talent team to curate talent for our programmes.
What You'll Do
- Generate warm and qualified talent leads for the Talent team through events and brand campaigns
-Create content that engages and activates our target Talent segments across several key channels: Instagram, Discord, Reddit, KOLs and owned channels
-Conceptualise and drive all events programming, tied to tactical and strategic objectives
-Run events to activate an entrepreneurial mindset and appetite within relevant high-potential individuals
- Work closely with the local Talent team to drive activated Talent to join our flagship bi-annual cohorts (Form)
What You'll Need
-Around 5 years of marketing experience in a high-growth company - a service-oriented, educational, or community-centric organization preferred;
-Demonstrated experience in building brands both offline and online, with a focus on events and content development and delivery
-Ability to manage across strategic and operational priorities with ease and fluency
-A team and customer-centric mindset, with a desire to inspire the next generation of outlier entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia
