THE ROLE Our ambition is to make AI and Automation a core capability. Enable scale, speed, and long-term efficiency tailored to our data and business. Having AI as a strategic enabler for Oatly involves a learning journey, where we see you being an important player, contributing and creating the map as we go. You will partner up with colleagues building the AI and automation foundation that powers decisions across multiple functions, such as Finance, Sustainable Operations, Commercial, and more. As an AI Systems Developer, we need you to have a genuine enthusiasm for building robust, scalable solutions to power innovative digital experiences. You use technical expertise with a passion for advancing AI capabilities. A key mission is to make AI practical and people-first. We see that you create tools enabling powerful insights, uncovering new opportunities, improving efficiency, and ultimately strengthen Oatly's position as a data-driven leader in our industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS The ability to truly understand the needs from the business – capability to design novel solutions using data & AI to fulfill those needs. Sitting with our business stakeholders to co-create and set the deliverables for success. Experience in full-stack development and comfortable working with Python, TypeScript, and .NET. Experience with database design/modelling. Experience with raising awareness around self-serve solutions and data literacy across the organization. Natural understanding of automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure best practices for development of data and AI solutions. Curiosity about future ways of integrating AI-powered components into existing data and analytics platforms. Ensuring data is structured, accessible, and valuable for driving better business decisions and uncovering new opportunities.
