Role Summary

  • Drive logistics developments and improvements within North America for cost and performance optimisation.

Role Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Project Management along with a Project Management Certification. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Logistics Project Management experience on projects over $1.5M.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, detailed, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize during high workload situations.

The Role: As a Logistics Project Manager, you will report to the Director of Logistics, North America. Your primary role will be to drive logistics developments and improvements within North America to ensure logistics execution can be done at optimum cost and performance using the right tools. This is a temporary 12-18-month position. Your responsibilities will include leading the North American logistics cost out/cost control programs, supporting global teams, developing a 'best in class' logistics and distribution footprint for existing and new markets, leading new logistics process and/or system implementations in North America, and supporting the implementation of new suppliers following tenders.

Job Requirements: You should have a BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Project Management, along with a Project Management Certification (PMP). A Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is preferred. You must have at least 2 years of Logistics Project Management experience on projects over $1.5M. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, and you must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision. The ability to prioritize multiple demands and be flexible during high workload periods is crucial.
