The role:

We’re looking for a creative, resourceful and data driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive engagement with ZOE audiences - from colder leads to loyal members.

Working directly with the VP Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for increasing user acquisition and retention through lifecycle and product marketing.

What you'll do:

Deeply understand our audience segments and their journey with ZOE Identify and prioritise engagement opportunities based on sizing impact, confidence and effort. Own the strategy and execution of the onboarding nurture path (primarily email at the moment), from setting goals to developing the contact strategy and creative to measurement and optimisation. Create the member activation strategy, partnering with the Product, Brand Marketing and Coaching teams. Based on the strategy, deliver engagement campaigns to increase NPS, engagement and retention. Run A/B tests and experiments to increase campaign performance

This is for you if:

You cut your teeth working on growth, product or brand marketing campaigns in a high growth consumer startup. Hands on experience in email marketing, community or referral programs a strong plus You can zero in on high impact opportunities and make progress fast. There's a lot to be done across all our audiences, so confidence in prioritisation and ability to quickly launch and iterate are key. You are passionate about understanding what drives user behaviour and how to influence it with marketing nudges You’re a confident and creative writer, you enjoy figuring out new ways of communicating to existing and prospective users You’re comfortable with numbers and making data-driven decisions You run a tight ship and have a sharp eye for detail - user journeys across segments get complicated fast, and emails can’t be unsent, so you have it all organised and ensure to get every important element right Team player - people love collaborating with you Keen interest in nutrition and health, passionate about helping people transform their relationship with food
