Role Summary
- Support the Venue Hire Team in organizing and conducting private and corporate events at Kew Gardens.
- Manage a portfolio of small-scale events from initiation to completion, including the day-of logistics.
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes, conducting venue site visits and maintaining clear communication.

- Exceptional communication skills and a keen interest in the events industry.

The role: As a Seasonal FTC Event Coordinator, you will be part of the Venue Hire Team, supporting the operational delivery of private and corporate events at Kew Gardens. Events range from weddings to private receptions, corporate dinners, and conferences. You will manage a portfolio of smaller-scale events, engage directly with clients from the initial enquiry through to the event day, conduct venue site visits with clients and suppliers, and oversee logistics on the event day to ensure smooth execution.
Job requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in an event delivery environment, an eye for detail, and strong organisational skills. Exceptional communication is a must, as is a keen interest in the events industry. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed is required. This position is based at Kew, with the possibility of regular home working depending on operational requirements.
