The role: We are looking for an Senior Production Operative to help us sustain and grow an operation of excellence. You will support the other Production Supervisors in helping to manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery. As a senior op, your main responsibilities will include: Leading by example and showing the speed and quality we expect from all operatives, being well-rounded in all areas of the operation in case you need to be moved to help cover, bringing any issues to the attention of Production Supervisor or Production Manager, and the ability to problem solve if the Supervisor or Manager is not around. Understand how to close and open the building if needed.

Job requirements: Strong people skills, ability to motivate and complete the task in hand with your team, support the completion of deadlines, work to deadlines, enthusiastic and used to a fast paced environment. Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable, but not essential. Ability to use a computer to complete tasks. Strong sense of team working and commitment to our company values. A positive, get up and go attitude at all times.
