Land Development Manager (Spain)

Rivan Industries is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries you can’t electrify. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping CO2 locked underground.

The role: As a Land Development Manager focused on Spain, you will accelerate our origination strategy and grow our renewable Spanish energy pipeline. You will work with land agents and self-source land opportunities for our solar and synthetic fuel energy parks. Your responsibilities will include leading site selection strategies, negotiating land access agreements in line with project requirements, and maintaining close alignment with our colleagues in the UK and Portugal.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be MRICS accredited with over 5 years of post-chartership professional experience in large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required, along with a clean driving license. You should have the ability to travel and meet with various stakeholders such as land agents, solicitors, and landowners.
