Role Summary:
- Work directly with the Master Data team to update vendor, customer and product data.
- Manage and navigate an ERP system, specifically D365.
- Help to improve data quality, structure and maintain its accuracy.
- Work closely with IT and Data/Master Data topics.
- Help identify data issues and contribute to improvements processes.
Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with data quality tools or processes.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Oatly is a company dedicated to sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet. We are currently offering a temporary assignment for a Master Data Specialist at our Malmö HQ. This role involves supporting our Master Data team in updating vendor, customer, and product data. You will work with the master data file, navigate an ERP-system, and contribute to a more sustainable planet.
The role: As a Master Data Specialist, you will work closely with IT and Data/Master Data topics to improve data quality and structure. You will support maintaining accurate and consistent master data in D365, validate and update information according to our governance standards, and help identify data issues contributing to root-cause analysis and process improvements. Additionally, you will handle various tasks within data and product administration, ensuring accuracy and smooth processes in a structured and compliance-focused environment.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should apply their post-secondary knowledge from IT, engineering, or related fields (1+ year) to drive operational efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or similar work experience is required. Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, and experience with data quality tools or processes are also necessary. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential as part of our global environment.
