Role Summary

The role: As a Paid Media Specialist, you will plan, set up, and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus on social platforms. You'll handle the day-to-day operational activation of campaigns, monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data, manage budgets efficiently, and ensure proper allocation across channels and markets. You will also conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging, collaborate with the Media team to ensure strong ad performance, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns within digital platforms, strong operational expertise in paid media advertising, especially on social media advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, etc. You should have a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Analytics, etc., and budget management experience. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus but not necessary.
