The role: As a Production Operative at Pact Coffee, you will be responsible for the handling and packaging of our product to ship to our customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer experience. Your responsibilities will include; Labelling coffee bags with the utmost care and attention, Weighing and grinding coffee ensuring accuracy of weight and product quality, Filling and sealing coffee bags to satisfy daily customer demand, Packing coffee and hardware items ready to ship to our business and home customers, Adhere to the food hygiene standards following specific operating procedures, As a team, clean the operation and working areas in preparation for next day.
