You’ll be confident in developing strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers, you’ll have delivered successful and compelling direct marketing campaigns from start to finish, ideally including telemarketing, print and digital. You’ll also be familiar with fundraising databases, contributing to strategy discussions, managing budgets, and drawing insight and learnings from data to make your campaigns more successful.

The team:

Our Supporter Experience programme includes cash appeals, upgrade, reactivation, supporter magazines, a supporter panel, e-appeals and retention activity. The programme has evolved hugely over the past few years, with a big increase in our digital activity and collaboration with teams across the organisation (including campaigns, marketing, creative and digital) to create compelling and integrated plans.

Each Individual Giving Officer will manage a selection of projects across both our recruitment, experience, innovation and legacy programmes, with project rotations on an annual basis as agreed across the team.
