As the Marketing Assistant at Pact Coffee, you will support our two Growth Marketing Managers in delivering against acquisition targets across both subscriptions and e-commerce sales.

This is a great opportunity for an eager marketeer to develop their skills and gain valuable experience across the full marketing mix.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Growth Marketing Managers in daily tasks to deliver against company targets
  • Briefing and liaising with agencies to ensure they have accurate information and the assets required to optimise Return on Investment on their platforms
  • Contributing to brainstorms and generating ideas for new opportunities to deliver growth
  • Using our internal system to create voucher codes and set up store promotions
  • Briefing our content and design teams on new marketing assets as required
  • Conducting competitor Analysis to identify opportunities or gaps
  • Landing page creation and optimisation to improve conversion rate from paid activity landing on our site
  • Reporting on campaign performance and providing recommendations
  • Creating and building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working within a marketing team, with a good understanding of different channels, strategies and marketing metrics
  • A diligent self-starter who can multitask, prioritise their own workload and deliver when it counts
  • Great teamwork and communication skills - you’ll be working with a lot of internal team members and external agencies and will need to build good relationships and communicate clearly
  • Commercial acumen and numerical skills - you’re not afraid of Excel or reporting against predefined metrics
  • Creativity and enthusiasm!
