Vivobarefoot aspires to go beyond sustainability to become a regenerative business. This is a big ambition and a complicated journey. We’re looking for someone that can help us communicate this journey both internally and externally, to our people, customers, business community and many more. Working as part of the Sustainability team (we call ourselves the Regeneration team) and in collaboration with the Marketing and Insights teams, you’ll produce engaging and informative content and reports for our target audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Managing the creation, delivery and promotion of Vivo’s annual ‘Unfinished Business’ Integrated Report. Working across the Vivo ecosystem and with external agencies, designers and content creators to bring to life Vivo’s journey to becoming a regenerative business.
  • Providing content, guidance and support to the Marketing and Insights team in the development of engaging campaigns with sustainability narratives and claims across all external platforms.
  • Owning the review, substantiation and ongoing evolution of Vivo’s external product sustainability claims, in compliance with an evolving legislative landscape.
  • Working with the Head of Regeneration to create and manage internal Regeneration updates/engagement across the business and leading the rollout of internal Regeneration training.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU

  • Broad communication skills across the wide and challenging scope of sustainability topic areas.
  • Good knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, requirements and cross-industry benchmarks.
  • Creative and collaborative approach to creating content across a wide range of platforms and mediums.
  • Ability to distil complex subjects and data into engaging narrative without losing accuracy or integrity.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop and deliver upon a project plan, budget and timeline.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic, self-managing environment
  • Passion for health, fitness, footwear and the natural world.

  • This is a full time position.
