This role will be key in the evolution and growth of the Vivobarefoot brand. Building our Vivo community is a key strategic goal for the business, and you will be responsible for leading and delivering community engagement and growth across social media, podcasts and other digital community led platforms.
You will be in Impact Amplification team working alongside Partnerships and PR, Performance Marketing and Insights teams. You will interact a lot with Impact Brand team and Category marketers. The role will report to the Impact team and VIVOHEALTH team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
DRIVING COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
- Define the community strategies and plans that will deliver against brand marketing objectives, whilst adding value to the lives of our community.
- Providing direction and clarity for the wider community teams (social media team, ambassador team).
- Lead and direct all Vivobarefoot social profiles and community channels.
- Report on key community metrics. Ensure all social accounts have accurate and insightful reporting activity.
- Support delivery of category, commercial and brand goals via digital community channels.
- Steer and oversee 3rd party content creation from contributors.
- Work with both internal and external partners; including thought leaders and influencers - to turn ideas into content across a range of formats.
- Manage the Community team. Provide support, direction and coaching to the community team to maximise their productivity, development and job satisfaction.
- Help deliver regional influencer programs with the support of regional teams and VIVOHEALTH education platform./resource.
- Working within a networked Marketing team across our ecosystem, establish ways of working that maximise collaboration, particularly with the Brand, PR and Creative teams on an ongoing basis.
DELIVERING GROWTH VIA HEALTHY DIGITAL CHANNELS
- Identify non-Facebook amplification opportunities and drive earned media.
- Write brilliant briefs for arresting thought provoking and engaging social content, collaborating with the creative studio and Social Media Manager to develop and execute campaigns.
- You will be a social thought-leader keeping the wider ecosystem up to date on the latest trends and technical changes to the key social media platforms.
- Support the growth of in person communities by utilising our VIVOHEALTH workshops and other experience/events programs
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
- Passion for Natural Health is essential
- 5+ years in a digital community leadership role.
- You’ll be a clear and convincing communicator.
- Proven success in growing brand communities.
- We are a networked team with flat hierarchy, you’ll need to work as a team and be happy to get stuck in.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts.
- Experience creating customer led communities, using social, influencer and events to help foster and grow these.
- Interest and experience in using new technologies to support customer led communities. E.g telegram, in person locations and hubs
- In-depth knowledge of analytics software, social management systems and ability to set metrics.
- You will be comfortable working within a founder led business.
- Experience of working in purpose led brand would be an advantage.

- This is a full time position.
- We are based in the UK and are mostly working flexibly from home, meeting up in person as each team requires. You will be required to attend few team and company events each year - please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like further information on this!
