Role Summary
- Join the Middle school community as a Literacies and Regenerative Design Educator.
- Design challenging and joyful learning experiences for approximately 100 students across grades 6-8 that are deeply connected to real-world issues.
- Facilitate student development in multiple literacies including textual, digital, cultural, and ecological, alongside critiquing systems of power.
Role Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, a Bachelor of Education in English Language/Literature, and a Teaching Certificate.

You should have a love for reading and texts, and be capable of creating with students, designing for agency, and being practical and lived in your approach to literacies. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, along with a Bachelor of Education in English Language/Literature, a Teaching Certificate, and the ability to pass legal requirements such as an HIV test and criminal background checks.
