Role Summary:

The role: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and play a crucial role in translating our commercial positioning into effective narratives and materials that resonate with both sides of our marketplace. This includes crafting tailored proposals for multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and developing compelling positioning for carbon removal projects. You will work closely with Sales, Supply, Climate Science, and Product teams to ensure our messaging is sharp, technically accurate, and effectively distributed.
Job requirements: You should have at least 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or proposal management within complex B2B environments. A deep understanding of positioning, narrative framing, and the use of AI tools for enhancing productivity is essential. Experience in climate tech, carbon markets, or sustainability is highly advantageous.
