Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle for various operational roles within ARIA, ensuring that we attract and hire diverse, mission-driven, and values-oriented individuals. You will act as a key player in candidate relationship management, making each interaction personal and engaging, and ensuring that our recruitment processes are not only efficient but also reflective of our high standards and organizational values.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for corporate or operational roles at a senior level. You should be adept at sourcing candidates for challenging roles, demonstrating agility and adaptability in your methods. A high degree of autonomy and organizational skills is required, as you will be managing detailed, campaign-style recruitment processes that necessitate meticulous planning and coordination.
