Role Summary:
  • As a Health Coach Manager, you'll develop our team of remote health coaches.

Role Requirements:
  • We require at least 3 years of experience in people management and an operational background.
  • The ability to use data to identify inefficiencies and create effective solutions.
  • Excellent communicator, proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient.
  • Passion for health and well-being, strong tech skills, and ideally some familiarity with behavior-change frameworks.

We are one of the UK's most exciting health-tech startups, and we are looking for a people-focused, operationally adept Health Coach Manager to join our team.

The role: As a Health Coach Manager, you will lead and support our team of nutritionists and dietitians. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of remote health coaches, ensuring operational excellence by simplifying complex workflows, and using data to optimize service performance. You will also be responsible for driving performance and quality, delivering regular feedback, and coaching to help team members grow. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with other managers and teams to drive innovation and alignment.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of proven people management experience and a strong operational background. You should be able to use data to identify inefficiencies and translate insights into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and feedback skills are essential, as well as being proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient. A passion for health, wellbeing, and behavior change is crucial, along with strong tech literacy. Experience in nutrition, dietetics, or health coaching, as well as familiarity with behavior-change frameworks, is desirable but not required.
