Programme Director

ISSOS is seeking a Programme Director (PD) to lead our team at the St Andrews campus. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the campus operates to the high standards and schedules set by ISSOS, focusing on the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff.

The role: As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team including Teachers, Head Counselors, Counselors, a Programme Assistant, and a Media Manager. Your main tasks will involve creating a safe and fun environment, managing the team to ensure smooth operations, and being a positive role model for both staff and students. You will also liaise with the Head Office to maintain program standards.

Job requirements: Candidates must have experience in staff management and student welfare, with a preference for those who have worked in similar environments or with international students. A DELTA/postgraduate teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience is desired. Fluency in English is a must.

Benefits: ISSOS offers a comprehensive package including accommodation, meals during the program (after students arrive), and a competitive salary of £4,000 GBP per session, totaling £8,000 GBP for the full contract. Travel expenses to and from the campus are mostly covered by ISSOS.

Additional information: All staff are required to undergo a criminal background check. Applicants must be available for an in-person training weekend in June 2024. You must be a UK citizen or have the legal right to work in the UK, as ISSOS cannot sponsor visas.
