Requirements
This is a hybrid role where you will work in our London offices 1-2 days per week and from home the remainder of the week.
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial team with a focus on cultivating relationships with NHS Trusts and oncology services across the UK. You must have a customer-first mentality and a working understanding of how secondary care is practised and delivered in the UK, as you will be interacting directly with oncology clinicians, service managers, and other stakeholders. You will work in collaboration with the Business Development, Customer Success, and Research groups within the Commercial team to expand and optimise the install base of our digital oncology platform.
We see this as an extremely high potential role within the company at a crucial inflection point in our growth. We are therefore looking for an experienced candidate who is ambitious, self-driven, and has previously demonstrated success working with the NHS, oncology services and oncology clinicians. As an early member of a high-growth, purpose-driven, tech-for-good company, you will be expected to work autonomously, operate professionally, execute consistently, and demonstrate expertise in your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a leading external-facing role with oncologists, nurses, service managers, and other stakeholders at NHS Trusts and hospitals, cancer centres, Academic Health Science Networks, and Cancer Alliances
- Identify, contact, meet with, and present our digital oncology platform to prospective clinical partners (incl. demonstrations of our platform) with the objective of obtaining their commitment to onboard their service and patients to our platform
- Define, implement, and operate a process for managing your activities using our CRM system
- Create and maintain partnership materials, incl. a capabilities presentation, value propositions, case studies, deployment materials, and so forth, refining these on an ongoing basis in response to clinician feedback and deployment learnings
- Work with oncology clinicians and service managers to understand their service pathways and the value we are delivering for clinician users. Implement Vinehealth’s technology into those pathways and maximise our value delivery for clinicians.
- Provide input and feedback gathered from our clinical partners to our Product and Engineering teams to inform ongoing development priorities that help address clinician needs and challenges
- Help build out the Partnerships function, with the processes and tools we need to help us hit our ambitious growth targets
- Stay current on industry trends in oncology digital health, patient-centered care, relevant NHS programmes (e.g., DATA-CAN), funding opportunities (e.g., SBRI, CCS, grants), and so forth to enable the rapid scaling of our clinical partnerships

About You
Skills & attributes:
- You are ambitious and self-starting, driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing startup environment, can organise and prioritise your work independently, and are comfortable with ambiguity as expected in a seed-stage company
- You have a proven track record in developing and growing relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, hospital executives, NHS stakeholders, and so forth that led to achievement of sales, customer or partnership targets
- You have a working understanding of how NHS Trusts operate, what key objectives/problems/challenges they need to address, how our digital oncology platform can deliver value in that context, and how decision-making process operate
- You excel at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders based upon your experience, subject matter expertise, credibility, and authenticity that enable you to persuade and influence internal and external decision-making
- You are a critical thinker and driven to proactively look for risks/issues before they arise and raise/implement solutions or collaboratively problem-solve as required by the situation/circumstances
- You can work under pressure and manage multiple external projects and internal workstreams in parallel to deliver against goals and timelines without sacrificing the quality of the experience for our clinical partners
- You are a strong verbal and written communicator and team player who has a positive influence on your colleagues and a passion for making an impact in healthcare
- You are very comfortable with digital technology and working remotely
Essential experience:
- You have 2+ years of experience
- A bonus if you have sold into or partnered with NHS Trust secondary care services (e.g., neurology, rheumatology, cardiology, endocrinology)
- A significant bonus if you have sold into or partnered with NHS Trust oncology secondary care services (e.g., thoracic oncology, acute oncology, melanomas, breast cancers)
