We’re a digital health startup using behavioural science and artificial intelligence to optimise care, improve quality of life and increase survival of cancer patients. Last year we released our App (Android/iOS) and now we’re helping clinicians and researchers integrate their patient’s data into new research through our web interface.

Vinehealth is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the product team. This role is primarily suited to a strong Individual Contributor (IC) with extensive knowledge of product management (ideally in a health tech startup). You will be feeding into teams throughout the business to ensure we make the most effective product decisions. This individual will be a part of a dynamic, agile technology team directly involved in Vinehealth’s mission to transform the lives of millions of people going through cancer.

As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be working alongside our Head of Product and day-to-day with our cross functional team (product, engineering, design, QA, user experience) to define our future and build software that could make a real difference. As a member of a small team, you could be:

  • Mentoring other PMs to make effective product decisions
  • Planning deliverables, defining how their success will be measured and ensuring that the team has all the resources they need
  • Owning and driving a Feature Team to research, define and deliver work around a specific value stream within the platform
  • Owning sprint planning and ensuring the right information is used to prioritise
  • Helping form the company roadmap in order to achieve our long-term mission alongside the Head of Product
  • Ensuring that the work set to the team is offering the highest impact to the business
  • Developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and working closely with the commercial team for product launches
  • Advocating for our users, through having a deep understanding of different users’ needs
  • Ideating with our Lead Designer to integrate usability testing, research and market analysis into product ideation to enhance the user experience
  • Assessing existing features on an ongoing basis by tracking and learning from their performance - you’ll be driven by numbers - downloads, engagement, growth - and will use these to inform next steps and to suggest improvements
  • Scoping the complexity of building new features and understanding how these features will impact different areas of the business
  • Planning for quality assurance testing for releases of our product and supporting the team in this

Requirements

From you, we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience working as a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager (ideally in a healthcare startup)
  • A strong mentor who can help the Head of Product to build and grow a high performing product team
  • Experience conducting user research/product discovery sessions and feeding this into the rest of the product team and product roadmap
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-sufficiency
  • Interest in building software as a medical device
  • Highly collaborative - you excel at communication and bring together people with diverse experiences, opinions and opportunities in order to drive decisions and action.
  • Intensely analytical - you use quantitative data at the heart of decision making. You use data to discover opportunities, identify issues and drive performance
  • A user centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics and customer needs
  • A solid ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to product needs and deadlines

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary as well as other incentives where appropriate
  • Hybrid working environment
  • Working with an incredibly smart team of people to solve a really impactful problem
  • Participation in an attractive EMI share option scheme
  • Macbook Pro
  • Generous training budget
  • Free breakfast, tea and coffee when we meet in the UK office
  • Beautiful office space in the heart of London surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars, gyms and public transport
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • NEST pension
  • Benefits include health insurance; an extra half day off during birthday week; enhanced parental leave; Cycle2Work Scheme; well-being benefit to spend on improving mental and physical well-being; happiness & life admin budget.
