Role Summary:

The European Space Agency (ESA) is seeking a Project Controller to join the Project Control and Management Support Office (PMSO) of the Projects Department (EOP-P), within the Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes. This role is based at ESTEC in Noordwijk, Netherlands.
The role: As a Project Controller, you will be integral in overseeing cost, schedule, and risk management for space segment development activities. You will support project teams in managing their interfaces with international partners and internal ESA entities. Key responsibilities include the preparation and monitoring of complex procurements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and substantial experience in project management and control principles, particularly in the context of major industrial procurements. Experience in engineering within a project or programme setting is considered an asset. You should possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of procurement regulations, and knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks.
