Role Summary

The role: As a Designer at Mind, you will join our in-house Creative team to produce high-quality design work across print and digital formats. This includes campaign assets, marketing materials, reports, templates, social media graphics, and event collateral. You will work on transforming briefs into engaging visuals, ensuring all creative outputs are consistent, accessible, and strongly represent our brand. This role requires working an average of 2 days per week in our Stratford or Cardiff office, with the flexibility to work from home.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in both print and digital design, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and the ability to manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential. A proactive approach and an understanding of inclusive, accessible design practices are also required.
