ISSOS is an educational institution that offers summer school programs at prestigious locations including the University of Cambridge. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for international students aged 13-18. Our mission is to create a supportive, encouraging learning atmosphere where students from over 80 nationalities can learn and grow.

The role: As a Photography Teacher at ISSOS, you will be responsible for teaching digital photography to international students. Your classes will be held 3 hours per day, 4 afternoons per week during our 3-week summer program. You will use the beautiful campus as your backdrop to inspire students and teach them how to capture landscapes, portraits, and action shots. You will also guide them through the process of editing and producing high-quality photographs. The culmination of this course will be a student photography exhibit.

Job requirements: We require someone with previous teaching experience, preferably with international students. You should have a deep knowledge of various photographic techniques and styles. Fluency in English is a must. We are looking for a clear communicator who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about photography and teaching.

Benefits: You will receive a fixed payment of £2,200 for the session. Accommodation and meals are provided once students arrive, although you will be responsible for your meals during the three-day orientation. We also offer up to £150 in travel reimbursement to and from Cambridge.

Additional information: All staff members are expected to participate in evening activities and other program events on a rotational basis. A full criminal background check is required for all staff. We cannot sponsor visas, so you must be a UK citizen or have the legal right to work in the UK.
