At Pavegen we use the energy of people walking to generate power and data from walking. Every step generates energy and data insights with our breakthrough technology. We work with global brands and organisations, including Adidas, Google, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Siemens, Coca Cola, Citi Bank, Mercedes and many more.
We are quite literally changing the world, one step at a time. Helping brands to deliver true sustainability partnerships with their customers, by allowing them to join in on generating energy together, one step at a time!

Alongside our backing by leading international technology investors and have a footprint in the USA, Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Currently we are expanding rapidly and seek to bring in talented individuals to join our world leading team.
Our launch of with ‘Step, Power, Connect’ is underway and as our goal we have already had over half a billion footsteps across our tiles bringing sustainability to life for millions.
We are looking for a sales professional within the advertising, brand partnerships or experiential marketing sectors with some or, preferably all, of the following to expand our brand relationship team and help us grow our influence within the sustainability engagement marketplace.
Experience:
- Proven experience delivering against consumer facing brand's objectives
- Experience presenting new solutions to client briefs
- Experience working at an agency with a preference to an Experiential one or client side
- Experience working with design, production, and engineering teams to deliver physical projects and digital assets for brands
- Experiential Agency experience
Who you are:
- Curious, and always asking questions
- Strong communicator with attention to detail
- Ability to present your ideas clearly to a room full of stakeholders and clients
- Interest in new technologies, brand storytelling and interactive media
- Proven Revenue generation
Would be great if you had:
- Speaking proficiency with another language in addition to English
- A Blackbook of Agency and Brand contacts
- A demonstrable knowledge of digital applications and software development

This is definitely not a role for someone who wants to be office based, generate the right opportunities and you will be expected to follow them across what is a truly global sales and partnership operation and help us in our next growth stage.

Contract type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), ability to work from home for 3 days a week if desired but two days a week in the office is preferred.
Salary: Competitive
