As Senior Growth Marketer at LFCA you'll be the driving force behind all our member acquistion initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple, mostly digital, channels. You'll own all of our growth initiatives and measure their success. You'll be in charge of creating a member acquisition strategy that supports our overarching business and impact goals. Ideally, all this will result in the acquisition of new members. In your role, you'll work together with our content, community and product teams. Ultimately, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience of climate action practitioners. 

This is a remote role. The preferred starting date is January 1st, 2023.

What you will be doing

Strategy

  • Oversee the planning and development of our growth strategy
  • Set and achieve growth-related OKRs

Execution

  • Get your hands dirty — design, execute, test, evaluate, and optimize all growth marketing initiatives across all channels (social ads, SEO, email)
  • Prioritize creative, cost-effective, and savvier acquisition tactics
  • Partner closely with product, content, and community teams in all of your efforts
  • Support with content marketing (blog, guides, Knowlegde Hub), including copywriting and storytelling

Experimentation & Analytics

  • Develop an experimentation roadmap to prioritize existing and identify new channels
  • Continuously analyze performance to identify improvements

Your profile

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a growth marketing role
  • Proven track record of successful acquisition efforts in a B2B-facing company
  • Hands-on experience with a number of channels. Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing highly desired.
  • Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of CRM, SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Pipedrive etc.
  • Coach and player mentality with a mix of a large company and small company experiences
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivation and independence
  • Bonus: Passion for enabling business to address the climate emergency
