We have big plans for scaling the region and making it one of Otrium’s largest markets by the end of 2022!As an Inbound Supply Chain specialist you'll be working in the heart of the Otrium operation: you'll be responsible for the enormous flow of deliveries from brands and will guide them through the supply chain processes to get them live on the website as soon as possible!

From contacting brands to arrange deliveries, receiving & checking data, processing data to feed our ERP, to finalising the content in the online shop, it will all be part of your daily activities! This sounds very operational, and it surely is. However, we expect you to have a critical view on what you're doing, and the mindset & skills to spot IT or process improvements. You need to be able to tell us what you need in order to double capacity!

Your responsibilities
-      You are the primary supply chain contact for our brands from the moment a contract is confirmed and the arrangements to deliver to our warehouse need to be made
-      You request, check, and process the incoming data and digital assets from brands about new deliveries to make it compatible with our ERP system
-      You oversee the process of go-live of new items on the platform, making sure the right visuals, descriptions, and sizing tables are in place
-      You will work directly with our 3PL warehouse, communicate with them on a daily basis and visit the warehouse as needed to make sure the physical processes run as smoothly as possible

You are...
-       0-3 years of experience in hands on inventory management, allocation, or supply chain role
-      Thrives in a high growth environment that requires continual multi-tasking and prioritization
-      Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
-      Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset who is an exceptional written/oral communicator
-      Comfortable working with complex proccess with experience in Excel/google sheets and ERP systems
