US Influencer Network Manager

This role will be key in the evolution and growth of the Vivobarefoot brand in USA. They will manage our existing network as well as growing Vivobarefoot in our health and outdoor influencer community, driving awareness and direct revenue to our online business. Success will be measured by both these factors.

You will sit within the community function of our Impact Amplification team and work closely with category teams, VIVOHEALTH and the US Region Lead.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

DRIVE GROWTH OF THE INFLUENCER NETWORK

• The US network has driven up to 10% of Vivobarefoot’s growth last year. This role will continue to grow and manage the 1500 people database and benefits system.

• Review and implement our 3-tiered benefits scheme for influencers in the health and outdoor space.

• Working with partners across the market, but primarily focusing on LA, Denver, NYC, Austin and Florida.

• The network is measured on content created/shared as the revenue it drives through the affiliate program.

• The focus of the network is to drive awareness of brand activity, footwear and VIVOHEALTH barefoot education.

• The roles focus is about finding new partners and maintaining them. The central team will be there for logistical support.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU

• Passion for Natural Health is essential.

• Interest and Knowledge in the performance/fitness & outdoor space.

• You’ll be a clear and convincing communicator.

• Demonstrated understanding of ambassadorship and influencer agreements and programs.

• Experience creating communities, using social, influencer and events to help foster and grow these.

• Drive to help scale a new network, using entrepreneurial skills to hit goals. The network will only grow with commitment and dedication to it.

• You will be comfortable working on the ground to identify communities and possible partners, with only digital support from head office.

• Ready access or contacts who we can reach out to in the launch phase of the project would be desirable.

• Due to the requirements of this role we will require candidates to be based in the US. Please note being based outside of the UK, some of our in-house employee benefits may not be applicable because of this. We're happy to chat this through - feel free to get in touch!

• The successful candidate for this role will be hired as a contractor as opposed to an in-house employee. 

• This is a full time position.
