WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE MARKETING EXECUTIVE TO SUPPORT OUR IN-HOUSE MARKETING MANAGER.
ABOUT US
Here at Little’s Coffee we’re entering an exciting phase in our growth with a brand new disruptive and ambitious packaging and branding update hitting the shelves. Already market leaders in flavoured coffee in the UK, we’re here to turn up the flavour and shake things up in the category.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our small team and help shape our marketing and content – across all channels including social media, email, online and events.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your day-to-day duties will vary from creating our next TikTok video to writing email newsletters and blogs, or arranging for products to be sent to influencers. You’ll be energetic and multi-skilled with a brain full of ideas, a great sense of humour, heaps of common sense and a desire to learn on the job.
This role is all about being a brand ambassador and supporting the Marketing Manager by thinking outside the box, being keen to get stuck in and developing a good sense of what the brand needs to stand out and be noticed. As a small business you’ll be working closely with the Marketing Manager, Managing Director and the wider team, so there’s big opportunity to grow your skillset and immerse yourself in a growing, challenger FMCG brand.
We don’t need you to have years of experience but a degree in Marketing or a similar field is a must.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
We're looking for a brilliant mix of creativity, energy and common sense. You'll be keen to put into practice all that you've learnt about FMCG, trade and consumer marketing. You'll be able to understand concepts and work independently to bring them to life in the most on-brand and fun way possible. You'll have a good eye for copywriting, design and photography, too.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Marketing Manager to execute industry-leading marketing activity, including:
- Content creation, with an emphasis on video for social media
- Copywriting, to cover email marketing, blogs and social media
- Social media management and scheduling
- Influencer liaison and management
- Organise and attend trade shows and product sampling events
- General administration and organisation
WORKING HOURS/LOCATION
8.30am–5pm Monday–Friday. Based in our office in Devon, with some flexibility considered. Full time.
WORKING WITH US
- We’re a small team of talented, genuine people. There’s no room for big egos in our business. In our business everyone has a say so there is always an opportunity to make your mark.
- We want you to grow and learn, so we’ll always support additional training and development.
- We’re an ambitious brand that are taking the fight to the big boys, so we want our people think differently, take risks and break the rules.
- We are inclusive. We respect people regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
- Love the little perks. You get your birthday off as holiday. Enjoy the weekend - 4pm finish on a Friday, and always free coffee for the team.
