We operate a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office, and Monday and Friday WFH.
This is a full-time permanent position, and the Key Objectives will be:
• Deliver a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience
Principle Tasks and Responsibilities:
We want someone to come in and take ownership of all aspects of onboarding and offboarding our employees, providing a world class experience.
We’d expect you would have used a HRIS and would be familiar with being entrusted to enter accurate data, ensuring a seamless connection across various parts of the People function so that when we report, the stats can be a trusted source of information.
You will be used to working in a busy role, where priorities can sometimes shift quickly.
We need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, can think outside the box and is flexible in their working style, finding solutions to problems in a diplomatic way and can keep their cool when under pressure.
To break up the day-to-day, there will be project work to further strengthen your skillset in the People role and you will provide cover for the Senior People Ops Specialists where necessary.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven People/HR experience.
- Someone who is organised and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player who is used to working within a fast-paced environment.
- Someone hands-on and flexible who is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone
- An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- Experience of using a HRIS system.
Desired requirements:
- HR experience within a similar industry (Financial services/ Fin-tech).
- Someone with a CIPD level 3 or Level 5 qualification.
