Role Summary

  • Manage sales in your designated area
  • Handle promotional materials, second placements, and shelf placements
  • Undertake physical tasks such as packing or unpacking boxes
  • Regularly visit markets in your region
  • Track your successes in our CRM tool

Role Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in retail (LEH) is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Organized, with a good understanding of office software and CRM tools
  • Based in Berlin with a Class B driver's license

THE ROLE As an Area Sales Manager based in Berlin, you will ensure our brand is unmissable in markets within your area. Responsibilities include managing second placements, promotional materials, and shelf placements, and you will also handle the physical tasks such as packing or unpacking boxes. Regular visits to markets in your region and close communication with local contacts are essential. You will also ensure that any missing products are restocked. Post-visit, you will track your successes and tasks in our CRM tool.

JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who loves to talk and can charm everyone with their friendly demeanor. You should be comfortable approaching people, regardless of their mood. Experience in retail (LEH) is ideal, but not mandatory. You should be organized and never lose sight of your tasks. Familiarity with office software and CRM tools is a plus. You must live in Berlin and have a Class B driver's license.
