The role: As the Digital Product Lead at Mind, you will own the strategic roadmap and oversee the development of our website and digital engagement platforms. Your leadership will ensure these platforms deliver an excellent user experience, uphold the highest standards of accessibility, and achieve significant impact. You will lead the strategic development of Product Management practices across Mind, embedding user-centred design, agile methodologies, and evidence-based prioritization to enhance our digital and data delivery initiatives.

Job requirements: Your core responsibilities will include providing leadership and product ownership, championing inclusive design, building strong cross-departmental relationships, integrating user-centred design and analytics in product development, managing budgets, and overseeing supplier contracts. You will also support the DDaT Platforms Manager and undertake additional duties as needed.
