Role Summary
- Broaden Oatly's presence in the Out-of-Home market across the Netherlands.
- Identify novel business opportunities and build robust relationships.
- Conduct field visits and engage with the Horeca and coffee scene.
- Support Oatly events and brand activations to augment our impact.
Role Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in Out-of-Home, field sales, or FMCG.
- A strong connection to the Horeca or food & beverage scene.
- Fluency in English and Dutch and a valid driver's license.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- A proven track record in lead generation and prospecting.

The role: As a Jr. Business Developer OOH at Oatly, based in Amsterdam, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Out of Home market across the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing awareness of plant-based alternatives. You will conduct field visits, engage with the Horeca and coffee scene, and support Oatly events and brand activations to maximize our impact.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in Out-of-Home, field sales, or FMCG. A strong connection to the Horeca or food & beverage scene is essential. You should have a valid driver's license, experience with CRM tools, and be fluent in both English and Dutch. Additional qualifications include a proven track record in lead generation and prospecting.
