The role: As a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, you will be responsible for managing the retail channel in this region for regional accounts. You will report to the Regional Account VP and drive sales, build market share, and increase brand awareness. This involves fostering long-term relationships with distributors, brokers, and key customers within the retail market.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4+ years in retail sales/sales management, preferably with grocery experience in the CPG industry. You should reside in the Northeast, near a major airport, and have experience managing customers such as AHOLD, Market Basket, Wakefern, and New York Metro distributors. A solid understanding of multiple distribution methods, experience working with brokers, and knowledge of category management using syndicated data sources (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) are essential. You should also be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
