Role Summary

Role Requirements
- A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology or a bachelor’s degree with additional experience
- At least 4 years of professional experience in managing recruitment processes
- Experience in digital HR recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors

We are actively seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Partners who will serve as strategic partners in sourcing and recruitment for designated business areas, and as agents of change to actively implement ESA's talent acquisition strategy.
The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Head of the Recruitment Hub and be instrumental in the implementation and execution of recruitment activities throughout the Agency. This includes managing recruitment processes, participating in the design and delivery of candidate experiences, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies to achieve high-quality hiring results.
Job Requirements: Candidates should possess a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology, or a bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in managing recruitment processes, particularly in engineering, scientific, or technical fields, is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in digital HR recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, are essential.
