You’ll be a key early hire at apre-seed BCORP startupco-founded by Charlie Stainforth (Future Frontiers & Elevate Education) and Adrian Blair (CEO Dext & Ex Google, Spotify & Just Eat). Not only that, but you’ll help to build the next generation of diverse leaders.

The Circl Leadership Development Programme is the first of its kind. We train professionals at top businesses alongside Future Leaders from under-represented backgrounds in 'the coach approach' to leadership.
Each professional is matched 1 to 1 with a Future Leader and they practise/apply the skills they learn by coaching each other on their real-life challenges and goals. Everyone's an equal on the programme and all participants receive a certification in coaching skills recognised by the Association for Coaching.
It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build a coaching culture,while giving talented young people the skills they need to succeed and achieve their goals.

What will you do?
We’re looking for someone to lead our programmes team in the delivery of Circl. You’ll understand why high quality delivery is an enabling factor to our commercial approach and is so important to our social impact. You’ll be reporting directly into our CEO, Charlie, and line managing one or two people in the programmes team.
This is a snapshot of what the role entails:
ProgrammePlanning and Delivery
- Schedule how and when our Circl programme sessions and Circl observations are delivered
- Manage the resourcing for delivery plans with the team and external facilitators
- Support in client onboarding conversations to plan programme delivery
- Run any programme sessions on Zoom / Teams as required
- Point of escalation for any programme issues
- Project manage any programme design upgrades in partnership with Charlie
Programme Processes and Impact
- Responsible for improving and reporting on programme quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), session metrics and programme data requirements from the wider team
- Develop existing and new processes to support improving the quality of the Circl programme and observation process
Account Management;
- Alongside supporting key clients on the successful delivery of their Circl Programmes you’ll also be expected to upsell and renew key accounts.
- You will manage some of your own accounts, while also supporting your team to manage theirs with the aim of doing repeat programmes with them.
- Your performance will be assessed on all Programme Quality Metrics and the number of Clients that renew their programmes with us or increase the amount of work they do with us.
- You will be eligible for commission if you and your team achieve successful renewals.
Facilitator Management;
- Ongoing cultivation of current facilitator relationships eg. through programme check ins and being their point of contact
- Matching delivery requirements with facilitator availability
- Future facilitator recruitment and development as Circl grows
- You will manage this with support from your team.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years experience inprogramme management or in an area with a transferable skill set. You are extremely organised, with an eye for detail and love building out a process but also know when to be flexible to deliver on the needs of the business.
- Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and building brilliant trusting relationships with programme participants, programme facilitators and the rest of the team.
- You’re connected with social impact: just like the rest of the team you are genuinely engaged in our mission. You want to work for a company with purpose and you want to make the world a better place.
- Tenacious: you will follow up relentlessly ensuring you make the most of every opportunity to support more underrepresented young people. You should have a great track record of sorting out any programme challenges.
- Commercial: you enjoy discovering and developing opportunities, being held accountable with KPIs, building existing client relationships; picking up new leads; and finding your way to decision makers in companies through your own initiative.
- A team-player: you are great at getting your stuff done, but you’re also a supportive and caring team-member who genuinely wants to help others.
- We’re a small team so there will be lots of opportunities to get stuck into other areas of the business too. We love to hear from someone who has worked at a startup or small team within a larger company.
- Using Excel and Salesforce to manage programme scheduling and planning. You may also bring in new tools to support Circl in this area.
- A bonus for Circl would be that you’re interested in or experienced in coaching
