As the Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager, you will be part of our Public Engagement team, reporting to the Head of Public Engagement. This role is crucial for leading the development and delivery of our celebrity, influencer, and social media strategies to enhance awareness and engagement.

The role: You will manage two Senior Influencer Relations Officers and an Influencer Relations Assistant. Your responsibilities include motivating and developing team members, providing strategic direction for partnerships, and acting as a decision-maker in high-profile situations. You will champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring our social media outputs reflect our values and that we engage with supporters from diverse backgrounds effectively.

Job requirements: Leadership skills are essential, as you will guide the team and the strategic direction of our social media and influencer activities. Experience in managing budgets and overseeing the delivery of projects on time and within budget is required. You should be adept at using analytics to evaluate performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
