We are looking for an experienced COS to drive the growth of the business to the next stage. You

will work closely with the CEO and support all key growth initiatives across the group.

Job overview & requirements:

- Work directly with the CEO in overseeing the implementation of key strategic initiatives

- Act as liaison between the CEO and the various team reports

- Ensure the CEO is only involved in top level decisions, while being informed of all sensitivities

- Assist and communicate with senior executives throughout the group

- Stay abreast of all operational developments, addressing problems as they arise

- Take the lead in decision-making and project management processes

- Provide coordination between teams across the group

- Gather all relevant information and analysis to aid decision making

- Assist with strategic planning and setting of key objectives

- Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure critical actions and timelines are met

- Lead and support teams to ensure timely implementation

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate experience in a majority of these areas

and have strong inter-personal and communication skills. You will bring a breadth of experience in

various businesses, principally in consumer goods, having previously worked in a SME environment.
