The role: As a Senior Social Media Officer at Mind, you will report to the Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager within the Public Engagement team. This role is crucial for supporting Mind's goals across Social Impact and Income Generation through media, social media, celebrity, and influencer relations. You will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of organic content across our social media channels. This includes creating engaging multi-media content that aligns with our brand and supports various organizational objectives such as campaigning, storytelling, advice, information, and policy influencing. Additionally, you will lead major social media campaigns and projects, collaborate with various departments to maximize social media opportunities, and ensure our content reflects our commitment to equity, inclusion, and antiracism.
Job requirements: Candidates should have extensive experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign management. A deep understanding of digital trends and audience engagement strategies is essential. Experience working in a collaborative environment and providing social media guidance to different organizational levels is also required.
