What the role is

This position reports to the VP of Pre-Opening helping in various tasks such as managing the Pre-Opening information across Selina’s expansion, supporting with the reports and follow up on the on-going projects and logistics.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the Pre-Opening HUB
  • Onboarding with the Hotel General Manager’s on Pre-Opening HUB 
  • Create documentation for approvals 
  • Create and maintain reports as needed
  • Create presentation and excel files
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers as needed
  • Update departments on changes in the projects
  • Scheduling meetings and travel for pre-opening team
  • Sum up meetings, create task and follow up on open task
  • Supporting Selina's pre-opening projects with administration and communication systems
  • Coordinate logistics

What you need for the role

  • High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred
  • Must have strong work ethics
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter
  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • English at Advanced level.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
