We’re searching for a proactive Compliance and Contract Manager whose role is to (i) ensure operator partner compliance with Zeelo’s contractual and policy requirements primarily related to safety protocols, and (ii) manage all aspects of the contracting process with clients and operator partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and execute the review of operator partners’ due diligence materials during the onboarding process and on an ongoing basis while services are in operation
• Interface with the Zeelo operations team and the operator partner to identify any compliance gaps and propose actions to bring operators into compliance
• Review operators’ insurance documentation & work with Zeelo’s and operator partners’ insurance brokers/carriers to identify gaps and any remedial actions
• Highlight and document any non-compliance issues and recommend timely actions to senior management
• Work with the product and engineering groups to define and implement compliance workflow solutions
• Working closely with Zeelo’s Sales and Operations teams, run the contracting process with clients and operator partners
• Minimize contracting risk between client and supplier contracts
• Ensure that operator partners are fully aware of all commercial, safety, and insurance related contractual obligations, and enforce compliance with those 
• Periodically review Zeelo’s contract management framework and make recommendations for improvements
• Work with the corporate strategy team on selecting and implementing a global contract management system

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance management and/or complex contracting, or both
• Background in disciplines such as commercial insurance, audit, finance, legal, business process engineering, workflow management would also be helpful
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance 
• Commercial acumen and ability to find practical solutions, paired with the preparedness to make difficult decisions 
• Strong ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
